STUDENT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT This Student Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between EMS Spa ("Company") and the Student Member. 1. MEMBERSHIP TERM The initial term of this Agreement is 9 months, commencing on the date of signing. 2. MEMBERSHIP FEES Student Member agrees to pay the student rate as specified in the membership details. 3. STUDENT ELIGIBILITY Student Member must provide valid student ID and proof of enrollment each academic year. 4. CANCELLATION POLICY Student Member may cancel this Agreement with 30 days written notice after the initial term. 5. ACADEMIC BREAK POLICY Student Member may freeze their membership during academic breaks with written notice. 6. RULES AND REGULATIONS Student Member agrees to abide by all Company rules and regulations, which may be amended from time to time. 7. LIABILITY WAIVER Student Member acknowledges that use of the facilities involves risk and waives any claims for injury. 8. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Company operates.
